15-Day Refund & Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your shipment:

• Item must be in its original packaging with safety seals intact.
• Tester Vials included with full-size bottles allow you to sample the fragrance before unsealing the main bottle!
• Damaged or defective atomizers during transit are replaced immediately at no extra cost.

1. Contact our Olfactory Concierge on WhatsApp at +92 311 7065491 or email scentreusfragrance@gmail.com.
2. Provide your Order Number (e.g., SC-10492) and brief reason for return or exchange.
3. Ship the package back via any local courier service to our Karachi warehouse address.
4. Upon inspection, your replacement bottle will be dispatched or refund issued within 24-48 hours.

For hygiene and quality preservation reasons, custom-blended attars or bottles that have been heavily used / depleted beyond 10% volume are ineligible for return.
